Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose; however, its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from a different shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made immediately and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

We may refuse the refund until:

-we have received the goods or

-you have provided proof that the goods have been returned,

whichever is earlier.

The goods must be returned to us no later than fourteen days after declaring the withdrawal.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- individually made or personalized items
- goods produced specifically according to customer specifications
- sealed hygiene articles if the seal was removed after delivery
- newspapers, journals or magazines (except subscriptions)

Additional notice for AniTokyo:

For sealed collectible products, blind box products, Gashapon items, or trading products (e.g., TCG boosters) that have been opened after receipt, the right of withdrawal may be excluded or restricted, as far as legally permissible.

Pre-orders are also subject to the statutory withdrawal regulations.
