Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from a different shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which your notification of withdrawal was received by us.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Unless otherwise agreed, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• individually made or personalized goods
• goods produced specifically according to customer specifications
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal was removed after delivery
• newspapers, journals or magazines (except subscription contracts)

Additional notice for AniTokyo:

For sealed collectible products, blind box products, Gashapon items or trading products (e.g. TCG boosters), opening the packaging or seal may in particular result in a significant loss in value. Under the applicable statutory provisions, compensation may be due for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
